Butchery By Hand Classes Winter 2012 Sessions

All classes consist of a morning session from 10am-12pm, a sit-down "Butcher's" lunch with the staff, and an afternoon session from 1pm-3pm. Cost is

$165/fullday, or $95 for a single session.

With over a decade of experience raising, slaughtering, butchering, curing, preserving, cooking and eating grass-fed animal’s products, we have developed an extensive repertoire of techniques for capturing the essence of the field in our exquisite charcuterie. Learn from us time-honored techniques for stocking your pantry and larder with abundance and flavor.
